Provide Project Management expertise in the preparation of a PM Plan for a large public energy services proposal in response to an RFP.

In responding to a request for proposals from a large metropolitan school board, an energy services contractor desired to raise their evaluation score in project management competence and processes. They sought help from Procept Associates Ltd.
Procept helped them prepare a comprehensive Project Management Plan for the board’s Energy and Water Reduction Program. The plan covered the phases of Feasibility Studies, Financing, Detailed Design, Construction, Asbestos and PCB Removal, Commissioning and Training, and Post-Construction. The Plan included a work breakdown structure and critical path schedule, and addressed aspects of project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, procurement and risk.
The client’s proposal was successful.
