Hans Aggarwal was a gifted instructor of business analysis whose passion for the subject inspired many of her students. She taught for Procept at the University of Waterloo and the University of Calgary, where she always received stellar evaluations from her students. Hans was at the forefront of the emergence of the business analysis profession, and her early work promoting and teaching others this emerging field of knowledge helped spark the rapid growth of the profession in the second decade of this millennium.
Hans will be remembered for her infectious smile, her upbeat attitude (even in the face of significant challenges), her willingness to lend a hand, and for how she always kept her commitments. She affected the lives of many and her passing was a loss to the profession.
Hans lost a long battle with cancer in March 2017 at the age of 52.
