In partnership with the Canadian Institute for Mining, Procept Associates is pleased to be a sponsor of the first MECA (Mining Engagement Conference for Advancement) Symposium on October 9-11, 2019 in Sudbury, Ontario. The conference focuses on soft-skill development. It is a place to discover how to engage mining employees, acquire tools to support employees in connecting with their work, and foster discussions that will contribute to creating a more engaged workforce.
The goal is to create a working environment where people can take positive action to further their personal advancement and contribute to the growth of the organization as a whole.
This is in direct alignment with Procept’s values and strategic vision. With extensive years of experience training the mining industry, Procept is proud to be a part of this important event. Procept is the service provider to Goodman School of Mines/Laurentian University for their Project Management Certificate program who is also co-sponsoring the event.
Procept Senior Associate, Bill Richardson, is also presenting a workhop at the event: 'Why Distress Tolerance Matters". For registration and details, please click on the button below.
