Sandeep is an Instructor and Consultant with Process Associates Ltd. He holds PMP and ITIL Foundation designations, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Masters in Business Administration. He has 20+ years of experience in leading Operational Excellence initiatives across 15+ countries. This includes, leading organizations through various process improvement journeys and getting them certified against Quality Standards and imparting knowledge through various workshops in the areas of Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Engineering to over 3000+ professionals. He is formally trained in industry standards and Governance frameworks such CMMI, ASPICE and ISO 27001.
In his career, Sandeep has been through several roles including Project Manager, Business Analyst, Organizational Change Management Specialist, Internal Auditor and Quality Assurance Manager. He is passionate about Project Management and Process improvement.
Sandeep is based in Calgary and in his free time, enjoys visiting the mountains and walking through the woods.
