Noel Genoway
As a consultant, Noel brings a diverse range of Tourism Management, Human Resources, Strategic Change Management, Marketing knowledge, and Customer Service experience. From hotels, airlines, financial services, and property management to post-secondary education, event management, and independent learning, Noel has demonstrated an excellent understanding of how strategic and change management concepts can be applied to people management.
Noel has been an instructor with Capilano University, Langara College, BCIT, The University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and George Brown College. Noel is also a consultant in the areas of Process Management, Strategic Alignment and building High Performance Organizations/Teams.
Noel has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics (B.A. Econ) and Organizational Development (MA).
