Elizabeth Keurvorst is an accomplished change project professional and instructor. For over 20 years she has optimized organizational potential through 1:1 leadership coaching, facilitating change initiatives and building highly effective teams.
Past projects have included an organizational re-design for one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, a Canadian city’s total re-branding, government initiatives to address health and gender challenges in rural Africa, post-tsunami community projects in Sri Lanka, and dozens of other projects involving strategic planning, facilitation, communications and training. She is also a sought after speaker and teaches project, change and communication. As an instructor, Elizabeth encourages organizational leaders from corporations, governments, NGOs and small businesses through her practical teaching style and applied approach to concepts and tools.
Elizabeth has an MA in Communications with an Inter-cultural/International Specialty from Royal Roads University, a teaching diploma is an APMG Certified Change Management Practitioner/Trainer, a Prosci Change Management Certified Consultant, and a Project Management Professional (PMP). She received her coaching education from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
