A management professional with extensive experience in the marketing, human resources, healthcare, financial and industrial sectors, Alistair currently works as a part-time MBA lecturer at the University of Economics in Poznan, Poland and delivers courses in the fields of Marketing, International Business, Business Strategy, Crisis Management and Lean Manufacturing.
He also works for the European Commission advising them on where to allocate funding for the Horizon 2020 programme. In this role, he is responsible for evaluating proposals and decides whether they have commercial potential and ensures they provide good value for money for the European taxpayer.
Alistair was originally a construction engineer before graduating from the MBA program at the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM). He has also studied Psychology at University of California - Berkeley. He is an Agile Scrum and Lean Six Sigma practitioner, a certified Design Sprint facilitator, and has qualifications in the HM Treasury and Welsh Government’s Better Business Case methodology.
