Procept management would like to congratulate Reginald Scotland on his appointment to the role of Change Management Practice Lead. This role involves three key responsibilities:

• Offerings Development — The CM Practice Lead is responsible for ensuring that our CM course and consulting offerings are aligned with industry best practices & standards and that they meet marketplace demand (i.e. that there are no "holes" in our CM offerings catalogue).
• Capacity Analysis — The role is also responsible for reviewing the demand for each of our offerings and ensuring that we have enough accredited instructors to meet the current and anticipated demand.
• Sales Support — Lastly, the CM Practice Lead assists the sales team as a CM subject matter expert to determine which of our offerings best meet a client's needs and to provide input into the development of proposals to clients.
   

President Kevin Aguanno commented "I offered Reg our CM Practice Lead role because he had a lot of experience as a CM consultant and trainer — in fact, he is actively doing CM consulting for a client right now — and because he is already familiar with a number of the TidalShift CM course offerings. Plus, he's a solid team player who, I'm sure, will do a great job in the role." Reg accepted the position on July 17^th and his term begins immediately, slightly overlapping outgoing CM Practice Lead David Donaldson, who will be leaving August 2^nd.
