Have you ever wondered how you can manage the many projects in your life such as that kitchen renovation or fundraising campaign for your children's school? If so, then this workshop is for you.
Full of practical examples and engaging activities, this workshop will help you learn the basics of how to clarify the objectives of your projects, turn those objectives into detailed lists of what needs to get done, realistically estimate the work required, and then build a plan on how to get it done given the time and budget constraints you will have to live within. While this session focuses on the practical application of basic project management concepts, it is aimed at regular, everyday people who will not need to learn the complexities and terminology of formal project management. Fun yet practical, the workshop will teach you techniques you can put to use right away.

There is no prerequisite for this course.
