Building upon fundamental theories and best practices of change management, this course explains the practical application of these practices in real-life scenarios. Using a combination of lectures, case studies, and group activities, this interactive course brings the theories and techniques discussed in the fundamentals course to life as participants discuss the planning and execution of change initiatives in a range of work environments. The course will also provide participants with guidance on how to integrate change management practices into a project management environment, creating a powerful combination that maximizes the delivery of sought-after project business case value.

This workshop will give participants the ability to:

  • Describe how change management can integrate into project management environments

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is designed for anyone who has studied the fundamental theories of change management but who is still looking for advice on practical applications of the theories.

PREREQUISITE

This course is intended for those who have learned change management theory and basic practices but who have little or no practical experience applying those practices in real-life situations. Ideally, participants will have completed Procept’s Strategies for Effectively Leading Through Change, Leading Project-Driven Change, or Change Management Fundamentals course before taking this course.
