This two-day course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of a complex organization, covering agile development concepts, Scrum basics, team collaboration, conflict resolution, PI Planning, iteration tracking, DevOps, and continuous improvement. Overall, participants will learn how to effectively facilitate teams on an Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure alignment across all levels of the enterprise through hands-on learning and an industry-recognized certification based on proven Agile principles. This course is taught using the official Scaled Agile-provided course materials and all participants will be provided the opportunity to write the online SAFe Scrum Master certification exam following the completion of the course.
