To continue the rapid growth of its business analysis training and consulting business, Procept is pleased to announce the appointment of Ori Schibi as its new BA Practice Lead. Schibi is a well-known consultant, trainer and author of books on business analysis. He brings decades of experience and a solid reputation to the role and his leadership in this area will greatly benefit Procept's clients.
Procept's former BA Practice Lead, Terry Aldebert-McLean will continue in an advisory role during the transition and will continue to support Procept clients through her training and consulting work. Aldebert-McLean helped choose Schibi as her successor, saying that Procept "will be in good hands with Ori."
Carlo Barrettara, Procept's president, comments on the change, stating "Terry provided strong leadership for our BA practice for many years. Recently, she led our BA team in the updating of all our BA courses to the new version of the BABoK standard and was instrumental in getting this work completed on time and within budget. With other priorities taking more of her time, we needed a new person to step up and take on the BA Practice Lead mantle. I could think of no one better for the role than Ori. As a new member to the Procept team, Ori brings a fresh perspective that will help us continue the rapid growth in this line of business through the development of new BA consulting offerings and courses. I can't wait to sit across the table from him, roll up our sleeves, and get down to work."
When informed of the appointment, Schibi was delighted, saying "I am delighted to be finally working with a company that has a deep understanding of business analysis and that is making significant investments to update its offerings to meet the changes I am seeing in the BA world. BAs want courses that are fresh and aligned with emerging practices. Most training companies just can't compare with Procept's lineup and I am thrilled to be a part of its team."
