Procept has just released a video by Morley Selver, one of Procept's Senior Consultants, explaining several guidelines you need to keep in mind when working on projects. Although they seem simple enough, they can have a huge effect on any project if the team ignores them. He talks about project manager behaviors, project guidelines, and finally explains the four project constraints of scope, schedule, budget, resources and the importance of keeping them in balance as changes occur during a project.
