It is with great pride that we congratulate Procept associate Vijay Verma on winning the 2019 Hind Rattan award. (Hind Rattan is Hindi for "Jewel of India".) This award is one of highest and most prestigious awards given to non-resident Indians (NRI's) from around the world and is awarded based on their outstanding services, achievements, and contributions. The award ceremony, hosted by the NRI Welfare Society, will be held in Delhi on January 25, 2019 (the eve of Indian Republic Day); however, Vijay cannot attend at that time due to prior committments, so he will formally accept his award at the ceremony in January 2020.
