With a robust background in engineering and project management, Marcus has honed a unique blend of industry expertise and academic experience. Since 2015, he has served as a Project Management Consultant at EnerScope Energy in Toronto, where he spearheaded the development and delivery of impactful programs like the Humber-Enbridge HERO initiative, ensuring sustained growth and participant satisfaction. His results-oriented approach is complemented by extensive project management experience, where he has consistently driven success through tailored content and meticulous communication with stakeholders.

In addition to his consulting work, he is a Professor of Engineering at Humber College, where he mentors students in technical writing and project execution, helping them bridge the gap between theory and practice. His academic roles extend to course development and instruction at prestigious institutions such as Dalhousie University and the University of Toronto, where he has focused on evolving pedagogical methods and introducing micro-credentials, aligning course offerings with industry needs.

Marcus' career began as an Analyst at Enbridge Gas, where he played a critical role in enhancing pipeline safety and operational efficiency. He further expanded her expertise as a Project Based Roving Energy Manager at CSI Toronto, where he developed tools to provide building management teams with comprehensive project insights.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham, a Sustainability Management Postgraduate Diploma, and a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering.
