Doing it is critical to how well the customer’s needs are met, and despite a multitude of methodologies, approaches, tools and techniques – many endeavours fall short of properly capturing the full set of customer needs.
This dynamic session provides a preview into the newly designed course about capturing and understanding the Voice of the Customer (VOC) in product development. The webinar provides participants insights into creating awareness of the framework and motivation needed to successfully understand customer needs, process the information, and put it to use to develop successful new products. The session will also provide an overview of the tools, templates and methods for obtaining, processing and using customer input.
