Procept - Business Process Modeling Notation

Terry was extremely approachable and clearly demonstrated her knowledge of the subject matter. She did an excellent job of explaining the concepts and provided some great real-life examples. In addition, the course content was well organized and communicated effectively. I would highly recommend Procept Associates and Terry for anyone that was interested in taking a Business Analyst course.

Judy Wells, PMP: Cogsdale

Terry is an excellent instructor and has a great rapport with our staff. She can relate her personal experiences and make the training accessible and practical.

Mary MacPhail: Director IT, J.D. Irving Limited

While reporting directly to Terry it was under her direction and leadership that we were able to successfully complete our sub-project deliverable's, on time and within budget. Terry exhibited an ability to strategically manage the project, mentor and support staff under her direction and be able to professionally represent the project when engaging high level stakeholders. Her competence in: general management, project management, business analysis and business process re-engineering provided her with the skills and adaptability necessary to lead the sub-project to successful completion.

Chris Pakkidis, PMP, Sr.Financial Planning Analyst - City of Toronto:

Terry was a great employee. She was an excellent Business Analysis instructor with very high evaluations. She was effective and efficient at a full redesign of the courses in our program. Although she did not have the title, she effectively was the manager of our BA training line-of business, coordinating other instructors, and coordinating with our several university customers.
