Keith is acknowledged as a "leader" in the project management field for quite some time. He is a reliable, tireless professional with a broad network in the industry. His organization is a reflection of these traits. I have never been disappointed with my recommendations of Procept and/or Keith Farndale.

Pat Micallef, Principal Consultant:

It was my lucky day when I began working with Procept Associates. Keith Richards step aside...I now work for Keith Farndale.

Janice Petley, Director Atlantic Canada, Procept Associates:

I have worked with Keith in two capacities. As a client that required a new and improved web site, and as an instructor who provided formal project management training. In both capacities Keith was a driven professional with a high emphasis on quality. I have no hesititation in recommending Keith personally and the services provided by Procept Associates Ltd.

Phil Clarke, Engagement Director at Guidewire Software:

Keith is an undeniable expert in his field. The value he and his company has added to Bank of Montreal's Project Management curriculum has been unparalleled since 1998. His influence in the industry to drive methodology and commitment to educate towards organizational, cultural and individual high performance is something that sets an example for all. His work globally, and particularly in Africa, is of particular interest. I have recommended Keith Farndale and his company many times over the years, a higher quality organization is hard to find.

Kathleen Gillis, MCPM, PMP, Principal Consultant at KL Gillis:

Keith is excellent at whatever he does, focuses on making the client happy, and puts his energy into getting the job done, thus leading by example. He provides excellent but unsolicited coaching/on the job training, where he thinks one may be needing a help, with the main objective of surpassing client expectations, and achieving good economic profit and shareholder value.
