Inez Halaska has over 15 years of project management experience which crosses a broad range of projects from information technology to re-organizations to special events. She has training in various areas that have allowed her to deliver better projects: change management, business analysis, strategic planning, coaching and training to name a few. She has been developing and delivering project management, change management and business analysis training for almost 10 years.
Inez has experience planning and delivering projects in many industries, including non-profit, private and government sectors. She has coached and trained individuals and organizations on project management, change management and business analysis.
Inez’s passion for helping others to succeed with project management shines through in her teaching style. With a focus on applying principals to daily life, she aims to make project management theory accessible and interesting for those attending her courses.
She is an active project manager, and currently runs projects within the Federal Government. She holds a B.F.A from the University of Lethbridge, multiple project management certificates (Smart Project Planning and Mount Royal University) and is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. She also has a Business Analysis certificate from Mount Royal University. Inez often takes continuing education courses through various institutions to keep her skills current and to assist her in delivering better experiences and results on projects.
