Azard Omardeen is an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional and instructor having educated hundreds of professionals in service management process improvement. With his many ITIL certifications, he has deep knowledge in this area, making him a sought-out ITIL instructor.

As a consultant, Omardeen has managed the design and development of many ITSM processes for various companies. Examples of his consulting work include:


  • Designing and development IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
  • Designing and developing Change Management processes and interfaces with other processes
  • Assisting with the design and development of ITIL-compliant Service Level Management processes
  • Designing and developing Enterprise ITIL Configuration Management Processes and CMDB architectures
  • Integrating CMDB with various tools such as Asset Management, Discovery tools, the Incident, Problem and Change Management tools to support Configuration Management

Azard Omardeen has earned many ITIL certifications over the years. Overall, he is ITIL V3 (and V2) Service Manager Certified and an accredited trainer. He has also passed the Canadian Securities Course.
